   • I want to apply as a police officer because I have always been inspired by law enforcement and the role they play to keep the city safe. My father, Sir Munich Quill, and my brother, David Reed, are both police officers, and I see from them how much discipline, dedication, and courage this job needs. Their stories motivate me to continue the legacy but also make my own path in this field. Besides that, I also want to spend more time with my family, by working in the same line of duty. And, I already joined the ride along program before, and it was actually very fun, but I could not respond in the situation and only wait in the car. That experience made me realize I want to join as LEO so I can really take action and help my brother menyelamatkan dunia .
2. WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU AS A POLICE OFFICER ? (At least 100 word) :
   • You should accept me as a police officer because I have the motivation and attitude to do this work. I can handle action in the field, use firearms with control, and stay calm under pressure. At the same time, I also kind of like investigation and solving problems, so I can work in different situations when needed, even though I still need to learn more of it. I know how important teamwork is, and I am ready to communicate and support other officers. I already understand how hard this career can be, but I am willing to learn, adapt, and give my best. I believe I can bring discipline, positive energy, and responsibility into the department.
3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEO AND CIVILIAN SOCIETY GROUP ? :
   • LEO is a person who has training and authority to enforce the law, investigate crimes, arrest criminals, and keep the city safe. They work under departments like LSPD or LSSD, and they must follow duties and responsibilities as officers. Civilian society group are normal people who live their daily life in the city. They can report crime, support officers, and help the community, but they don’t have the power or authority to act like LEOs.
