- EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGISLATIVE, EXECUTIVE, AND JUDICIARY IN THE GOVERNMENT SYSTEM ? :
- Legislative role is to make the laws such as propose, debate and pass the laws while executive are the one who enforce the law and implement it. While Judiciary are the one who inteprets the law and apply it in court cases.
- WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT YOU OR GRANT YOU THE STATE BAR LICENSE ? :
- Because to me justice has always been more than just a concept to me, it's a responsibility towards the people and their rights. Granting license is not only about a certifying a lawyer but its entrusting someone who will uphold the law and challenge injustice wherever it arises.
